Lundhs Blue is a medium to coarse-grained rock with generally intense blue crystals with a dark blue background. The size of the feldspar crystals varies from different quarries, and so does the intensity of the blue colour. The amount of feldspar crystals is around 85 %. The rest of the minerals are mainly pyroxen, nephelin, biotite, olivine and hemo-ilmenite. Lundhs Blue is known as the original Blue Pearl material. Lundhs has several quarries in the Blue Pearl area, and GT is one of the most famous.
